Returns, items can only be returned if its faulty, we will firstly offer you a replacement, we only refund if we can not fulfil a replacement product.
All orders outside the UK the are returned are at a cost to the customer. Items returned from outside the UK must be return in as new condition in its original packing for a full refund excluding postage costs. Once orders Outside the UK have left Intersales Music it becomes the responsibility of the customer and not Intersales Music. Any damage visible to packaging on arrival which could be deemed as transport damage must be reported to us immediately.
All orders received before 1pm mon - fri we will aim to dispatch the same day. All orders after 1pm will dispatched within 24 hours. All orders Received After 1pm on Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday morning.
