- Livefood sent by post can take up to four postal days to arrive. Please check with your sorting office and allow this time to pass before contacting us as we can't authorise any replacements until this time.
- We cannot offer a collection service as to do so would mean increasing our costs
- If you are getting in touch regarding a return (faulty or otherwise) please review the returns page first
As an internet based company the quickest and easiest way to contact us is by email as we are often able to respond to queries outside our office hours or when our phone lines are busy;
we will endeavour to reply to all messages the same working day (Mon-Friday) but depending on the time you email or when we are very busy it may occasionally take us a little longer.
As we are often very busy answering calls, helping other customers and processing your orders there may be occasion when we miss your call first time, if this happens then please leave us a message so we can get back to you as soon as possible, alternatively send us an email and somebody will gladly call you back at the earliest available opportunity.
