| Q:Do you offer combined postage |

| A:Yes, we offer combined P&P on all of our items. If you are purchasing multiples of the same item the P&P should automatically adjust. If you would like to know how much the combined P&P is before purchasing please contact us with the item(s) you would like and the quantity. |
| Q:What payment types do you accept? |

| A:We accept: PayPal, Cheques/Postal Orders & Cash on Collection |
| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us via email within 7 days. You must return any item in the condition they were delivered. Once we have received the item, we will make a full refund minus the postage. If there are any faults a full refund will be given including postage. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Items will be dispatched on the same day or on the next working day once payment has been received/cheque has cleared. Depending on the item, they are sent either First Class via Royal Mail or by 24 Hour Courier. Please allow 1 to 2 working days for delivery. |
| Q:How much is the Postage and Packaging? |

| A:This depends on the size and weight of the item. All of the P&P costs will be displayed on the item page. We do offer discounts on multiple item purchases, so please contact us before you pay for the items. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:We do post internationally. Please contact us with the item(s) you would like to purchase then we can let you know how much the P&P will cost. Unfortunately we can't post items over 2kg. |
