Shipping & Returns
Once an order is processed, we will despatch smaller items purchased via Royal Mail 1st Class Standard and larger parcels via suitable couriers**. We will despatch within two days of receiving cleared payment on stock items and within four working days on items which need to be transferred to our store (please allow 5 working days for (e)cheques to clear). Estimated delivery is therefore 3-7 business days exclusive of bank holidays. Please note that any order received after the close of business on a Friday (i.e. any order received over a weekend) will be processed on a Monday. All of our estimated delivery times are therefore based on a 5 day working week so please bear this in mind when ordering. All goods ordered are offered strictly subject to availability. If an item ordered is unavailable for any reason we will advise the customer upon processing. We accept no responsibility for goods delayed due to the services of mail services (but will work to resolve any delivery issues); times and dates given for delivery are estimated, therefore not binding contractual obligations.
* The free delivery option is based on shipment within the UK. We can despatch worldwide and you can obtain shipping costs by selecting your country on the Postage and payments tab within each listing. Goods will be sent by Royal Mail Airmail, estimated delivery times vary. Should an alternative/tracked delivery service or further information be required, please contact us via email.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. We do not falsify custom documents, so please don't ask us.
** In cases where multiple items are purchased, we may use an alternative courier service. [Either when the boxed goods exceed the maximum dimensions for standard delivery, or when the value of goods needs to be insured], with estimated delivery 3-5 business days from despatch.
Provided that the goods you ordered are returned to us in their delivered condition (or in the case of damaged or faulty goods, in the condition in which you received them) within 14 working days from the date of receipt, any payment made for the goods in question will be refunded in full. Please ensure any tags or manufacturer bags are still intact (if resealable) and the goods are undamaged. Integral Sports also reserve the right to refuse a refund on any item due to hygiene reasons. This does not affect your rights to return faulty goods.
A consumer needs to communicate this cancellation by email or letter and then open a returns case within eBay Resolution Centre (click here), so that we are then able to process a refund securely, once we have received the purchased item(s) in a resaleable condition. Please do not open up cases for any other reason (such as undelivered post), we are always willing to communicate when there is any problem with a transaction. Integral Sports aim to process returns within 48 hours, but please allow up to 7 days for refund. Please enclose a covering slip with your name and full address together with your reasons for returning the goods.
Integral Sports does not have a free collection service for returns; therefore take your parcel to the post office and request the standard delivery service. You should obtain a receipt of posting for each item sent, as we will not be liable for any unlikely event of postal error.
Our returns policy complies with the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations brought forward by the European Union and laid out by the Department of Trade and Industry.
To make an exchange on your purchased item(s) please follow the Returns Information above, then simply purchase your new requirements.

N.B. If you have an issue with any of our goods then please contact us via email and we can try to resolve the problem. Please send any additional order information through the eBay messaging service ('Ask a question' links), as PayPal messages have no alerts.
