Q:Returns Policy
A:We operate multiple warehouses. Please contact Customer Services giving them full details of the fault/problem. They will give you the returns address. **Returning the item to the wrong warehouse will result in a delay in processing**
Q:Where is my stuff?
A:We pack your item within 8 hours after receiving payment. Then it is collected by the Royal Mail on the next pickup, Monday – Friday @ 2pm. We’ll send you an email when we do this UK packets take 3-5 working days. We cannot accelerate the postal service. Please don’t contact us for 7 days after despatch.
Q:PayPal Problems?
A:Your account needs to be setup and enabled for instant payments (bank account added AND a valid credit card). If you can’t resolve the issue with PayPal, we take Visa/MasterCard/Switch/Maestro/Solo/Delta direct. We don;t take credit card numbers over the phone, you enter them at checkout. You might not have seen it done this way before....
Q:Cheques, Cash, Postal Orders?
A:We do NOT take Cheques, Money/Postal Orders or Cash under any circumstances.
Q:Technical Questions
A:Our customer services staff are not technically qualified, as we simply liquidate excess stock via eBay. We are unable to support technical questions relating to complex PC hardware& driver combinations. We recommend your local PC repair shop or PC World.
