Shipping and Handling
Shipping policies
Prompt service and accurate orders are a primary consideration. IMA will make every effort to ship products within 5 business days after receipt of payment. IMA will notify the customer when the product ships and/or if there is going to be a delay in shipping.
Warranty and Liability Limitations
iNNOVATIVE MOTORCYCLE ACCESSORIES is an LLC Corp. Except as may be expressly set forth in the product invoice, we make no representations or warranties as to any of the products distributed by us, expressed or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We advise that all installation be performed by an authorized mechanic. We have no control over the usage of any part. We expect our customers to exercise good judgment as to the proper selection, installation, use and maintenance of any part. We assume no responsibility for damage or injury of any kind or consequential damages whatsoever. All matters shall be interpreted under Texas law. All merchandise distributed by us is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship only. Final decision will be made in a just and prompt manner. Replacement will be limited to parts only and does not include labor claims of any type. If the manufacturer has a written warranty, it will be included with the item you purchased. The manufacturer shall be solely responsible for any damage to person or property arising from design and manufacture and testing of its products and we accept no liability for such damages. We shall not be liable for labor or consequential damages.

Returns
Return policies
Customer satisfaction is important to Innovative Motorcycle Accessories and we work hard to provide our customers detailed descriptions and illustrations of the products we sell to insure that our customers know exactly what they are purchasing before they submit an order. We encourage customers to thoroughly read the product info provided and email us with ANY questions before purchasing an item.
However, if you are NOT completely satisfied with the product you receive for WHATEVER reason, just notify us and return the item in the condition that you received it in within 3 weeks of receipt and we will refund you the full purchase price minus the shipping charges. - All returns must be sent freight pre-paid.
- Insure the returned part for its full value to protect yourself against loss.
- All returns must be sent directly back to Innovative Motorcycle Accessories, 1704 Hanover Dr. Richardson, Tx 75081
- Package the returned items properly when shipping merchandise back to us, please wrap the part(s), place in a sturdy box and secure with tape. Do not leave the part(s) loose in the package. Parts scratched or damaged in return shipping due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted.
5. Return the parts within 21 days of receipt. Returns must be made within 45 days of the purchase date. All returns must be in re-sellable or like new condition. Defective parts or parts sent to you in error will be exchanged or refunded in full. Returns after the 21-day return period will be subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee.
