Q: Do you have cartridges for my printer?

A: To ensure best printing result, please run nozzle check and print head alignment after installation. If nozzle-check result is not satisfactory, please run nozzle cleaning or head cleaning until its ok.

Q: How can you sell them so cheap?

A: Our cartridges come straight from the factory which means you will get the best price from us.

Q: How easy is the compatible or remanufactured cartridge to install?

A: Each cartridge is installed the same way that you would install the original OEM cartridge. They are individually wrapped in foil or plastic bag and have the tab on top (which you remove when installing the cartridge - just like the original OEM cartridge.) We recommend that you use the head cleaning or nozzle cleaning utility that comes with your printer to clean the printer heads (you should do this EVERY time you replace any cartridge - OEM or Compatible). Go to Control Panel - Printers - Properties - Utility.

Q: How long will they last on the shelf?

A: Our cartridges are fresh from the factory every month and have a tested shelf life of at least 12 months.

Q: How much money will I save by buying a compatible or remanufactured cartridge?

A: Typically buying a compatible or remanufactured cartridge saves you about 50-75% over the cost of a new OEM cartridge. This usually amounts to $15-$30 every time you use our product. Check out the savings for your printer. Make sure to explore different quantities to find the price break that suites you best. Notice the unit costs decreasing on volume orders!

Q: Is this cartridge name-brand or generic?

A: Our complete line of printing products includes both name-brand (OEM) and generic cartridges and toners.

OEM cartridges and toners come with the quality and reliability you have come to expect from the manufacturers of these products.

We only offer the highest quality generic brands of cartridges and toners, and guarantee that they perform with the same quality as the OEM's, while costing just a fraction of the price. If for any reason you are unhappy with any of the products you received, please contact our customer service center about a refund within 30 days after the purchase date.

Q: What does OEM stand for?

A: OEM is an abbreviation for 'Original Equipment Manufacturer.' When you see a product on our site that says OEM, that means that it is one of the "name-brand" cartridges from Canon, Hewlett Packard, Lexmark, etc.

Q: What is a remanufactured cartridge?

A: Remanufactured cartridges have been recycled to meet or exceed OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specifications. They recycling process involves disassembling, inspecting, cleaning, reassembling and filling the product with ink.

Q: What is compatible cartridge?

A: Compatible cartridges are non-OEM new cartridges - not recycled. Compatible cartridges are manufactured by a third party factory to the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacture) specifications. Each printer cartridge is carefully researched, manufactured and tested. New compatible cartridges are added on a regular basis.

Q: Why does the cartridge I received look bigger than the one that's already in my printer?

A: Some of our inkjet cartridges, particularly those for HP, Lexmark, are shipped in a protective plastic clip. This is an L shaped clip that runs along the side of the cartridge. It protects the cartridge from any possible damage. This may cause the cartridge to appear like it won't fit inside the printer.

Please open the package and carefully remove the protective clip as well as any protective tape that is covering the print head of the cartridge. After removing the clip, the cartridge will look exactly the same as your original cartridge.

Q: Why should I buy a compatible or remanufactured cartridge?

A: The main reason for using compatibles is to save money, lots of it!

Q: Will I get the same quality printing with a compatible or remanufactured cartridge?

A: We guarantee you will get the same quality printing. Many of our best customers are graphic designers and photographers who demand the highest quality printing and the strictest color matching. And our factory is ISO-9001 Certified.

ISO-9000 is a set of five universal standards for a Quality Assurance system that is accepted around the world. Currently 90 countries have adopted ISO-9000 as national standards. When you purchase a product or service from a company that is registered to the appropriate ISO-9000 standard you have important assurances that the quality of what you receive will be as you expect.

Q: What is the best way to store my cartridges?

A: Please store your cartridges in a room temperature setting. It is also a good idea to store your cartridges in an upright position.

Q: Will using a compatible or remanufactured cartridge void my warranty?

A: They CANNOT VOID YOUR WARRANTY simply for using compatible cartridges. What follows is a partial quote from the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Improvement Act, which protects your rights and your warranty.

MAGNUSON-MOSS WARRANTY IMPROVEMENT ACT
United States Code Annotated
Title 15 Commerce and Trade
Chapter 50 Consumer Product Warranties
15 Section 2032

Your printer warranty cannot be voided just because you choose to use compatible products unless the manufacturer can prove that the compatible product caused direct damage to your printer. They can not deny you service or warranty work that would otherwise be covered under a warranty program simply because you use a compatible product. Your consumer rights are protected by the United States Government.
