Returns and Exchanges are Easy!

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ink Cartridge Outlet purchase. If you experience any problems, we’re here to help resolve them – fast. Contact us right away so we can fix any problems and get you back to printing as soon as possible.

Replacements
Most issues can be addressed quickly by troubleshooting. Check out our Troubleshooting/FAQs page or contact one of our knowledgeable Customer Service Associates for assistance. If we cannot help resolve your issue, we will gladly send you a replacement printer cartridge at no charge.

****Note: We provide replacement cartridges at no charge and ask that you send the non-working cartridge back to us (we provide a paid postage label). If we do not receive the non-working printer cartridge back within three weeks of the date you send the replacement to you we will charge you the full retail price, as posted on this web site, of the replacement cartridge and all applicable shipping costs.

Returns
We understand that there may be times when you will need to return an item to us, and we will gladly help with this. The only thing we ask is that you first contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This helps us track your return and process it as quickly as possible. In short, it makes the return easy!

For all returns, we will refund you the price you paid for the items you return. Shipping charges are not refundable. You are responsible for all shipping charges involved in returning items to us.

Printer cartridges returned for credit must be unused and in their original packaging. If a cartridge's packaging has been opened we cannot accept it as a return (unless the cartridge is defective).

Refunds are issued within 10-14 business days from the date the return is received at our warehouse, and are issued to the method of payment used on the original order.

Exchanges
If you wish to make an exchange, the fastest way to do so is to simply reorder the items you wish to purchase through the Ink Cartridge Outlet web site and then return the items you do not want. Please make sure to obtain an RMA number before you return your unwanted items.

U.S. / U.S. Territory Customers
We ship packages to all 50 U.S. states and selected U.S. territories. Packages are shipped via a variety of different carriers based on the size and weight of your order. Our goal is to utilize the carrier that will get your order to you as quickly as possible. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with information on the carrier and tracking number (if available). Insurance is offered at an additional cost to protect your order from damage or loss.

International Customers
We ship to a select number of international addresses. To see if we can ship to your address please view our shipping screen as you check out. International packages are shipped via a variety of different carriers based on the size and weight of the package. We do not mark packages as "gift" and are not responsible for any duty of brokerage fees charged for cross-border transaction. Such fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with information on the carrier and tracking number (if available). Insurance is offered at an additional cost to protect your order from damage or loss.

Shipping Damage and Insurance
Although rare, shipping damage or loss does happen. We offer insurance (at an additional cost) to protect your order from such events. The cost of insurance is based on the size of your order, but it typically is only a few dollars. If your package does arrive damaged please contact us immediately so we may begin the claim process. If you package does not arrive because it has been lost you should also contact us immediately to begin the claim process.

Shipping Times
Many of our products ship within 24 hours of an order being placed. Customers within the 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories can expect delivery of their order within 5 business days of their order being shipped (you will receive email notification the day your order ships). International customers can expect delivery of their order within 1-2 weeks of shipment (you will also receive an email the day your order ships). Please keep in mind we do not guarantee delivery dates as we depend on delivery services such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and the USPS to deliver your order to you. We ship from various locations throughout the United States.
