Payment
We would appreciate it if you pay for your item(s) within 3 days of purchase. We prefer payment via PayPal however we do accept payment by BACS payment direct to our Bank Account, please contact us for further information. Please be aware that if you pay by BACS your item will despatched once the funds have cleared in our account.
Non-Paying Bidders
Please be aware that all non-paying bidders will be reported to ebay and a non payment strike will be issued against you.
Errors & Complaints
We at Infinity Direct UK Ltd pride ourselves on excellent standards. If you are unhappy with our services or any goods we supply we would ask you to call us or contact us through ebays messaging system. Once you have logged your complaint with us we will try our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Feedback
We believe that feedback is an important part of using ebay. We will always leave positive feedback for buyers who leave similar positive feedback. In order for us to leave positive feedback for you, once you have recieved your item simply leave us positive feedback and we will do the same for you.
Postage
We aim to despatch all goods within 3 working days of you completing the purchase, if you need the item faster please contact us and we will endeavor to ship the item faster where possible. We ship all of our items by courier All deliveries will need to be signed for at the delivery address.
IMPORTANT - by signing for a delivery you are accepting the item in the condition it arrives. Please ensure you check your item before signing for it as we cannot be held responsible for the condition of an item once it has been signed for and accepted.
If a parcel is returned to Infinity Direct due to failed delivery for any reason, the carriage cost is non-refundable. We reserve the right to charge for any additional carriage costs incurred to re-send the goods.
Missing or delayed items: Please be aware that you will need to wait 15 days before we can trace, replace or refund any lost items.
Returns
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of goods within 7 days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods). If you have not received the goods please call us or use ebays messaging systems we will cancel your purchase.
You are responsible for returning the item(s) to us in a re-saleable condition. The item must not have been used, must be complete with all components and the packaging must not be damaged. Please note if these conditions are not met we may not accept returned goods.
Refunds will be for goods only and will not include any carriage costs paid by us. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us.
We recommend using a posting method that provides proof of delivery and can compensate for lost or damaged goods for higher value items. Please ensure that all returns are securely wrapped and packaged.
In addition to your statutory rights, if you wish to return goods outside of the 7 day cancellation period we operate a 14 day faulty returns period.
