| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of your order within seven days of delivery (starting the day after the receipt of the goods). Goods must be returned to us in a resellable condition with full box contents. You are responsible for shipping costs. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Unfortunately due to weight of items we cannot combine shipping however if you purchase a cable with a phone we will endeavour to ship at the shipping cost for the phone. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:All orders recieved and paid for before 4pm, Monday to Friday will be shipped same day, any order recieved after 4pm or over the weekend will be shipped next working day.
We ship all items via Royal Mail. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:We offer free P&P to all UK customers. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:We offer international shipping on everything we sell, each item has a different cost. |
| Q:Will you accept offers on your listings? |
|
| A:We list goods at extremely competetive prices therefore we regret to inform you that at present we do not accept offers on any of our items. |
| Q:I am a trade customer, can I buy in bulk from you? |

| A:We are more than happy to supply to trade and have a dedicated team to service your needs. We can provide you with a trade account and usually offer discounts on bulk orders. |
| Q:Does any of the items come with warranty? |
|
| A:The majority of our stock has been aquired from companies that have entered into administration, therefore the warranty will be void and will not come with warranty. |
| Q:Is your stock genuine? |
|
| A:All of our stock is genuine and has never been used. We try and test all items where possible but it is not always the case. |
