Postage
We provide a speedy, no nonsense service and welcome any queries. Our Policy is the postage charge is to cover the Postage & Packing We always do our best to keep down the costs when combining postage costs. We use Royal mail postage services. All UK deliverys are sent 1st Class Recorded. This means we have proof that the item has arrived. For overseas items are sent Airmail, we get a certifacate of posting for proof that the goods have been sent.
Postage Guarantee
We offer a Postage Guarantee to all sales, if an item is lost in the post (15 working day for the UK, and 20 working days for international) we will send a replacement.
Returns & Refunds
We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, tell us why and we will sent a replacement product or arrange a refund.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, buyers have a period of seven working days from the date of delivery within which they can cancel the sale.
We will be happy to accept the return of unused products and return the sale price. All original postage and packing charges, will be paid for by the customer, and the return postage will also be there responsibility.
