Payments:
Payment must be received and cleared before any goods are despatched.
If you are in the UK, payment can be accepted by any of the following methods;
Paypal
Cheque
Postal Order
International buyers - Paypal only is acceptable.
If you wish to buy more than one item, then I can offer a combined postage discount.
If you click and buy all the items you require, but don’t go though the Ebay checkout, wait for me to send you a combined invoice with the postage price adjusted accordingly.
Communication;
I am able to respond to emails quickly and will always answer every one.
If you think I have not responded please check your Bulk messages and Ebay messages.
As some Email providers don't always accept Ebay correspondence.

Postage;
Please ensure that your delivery address is up to date, Especially on Paypal.
I aim to post out all items within 1 working day (excluding weekends & public holidays) of cleared payment.
If items do not arrive in time, when the Special delivery option is not taken & not enough time has been allowed prior to purchasing, for arrival, then I am not liable for any disputes which may occur.
All parcels have a Track & Trace reference number which you can obtain if you are concerned about your parcel.
This number is also emailed to you when the item has been dispatched.
All parcels delivered will require a signature.
If the post office has attempted to deliver but the item has not been collected from sorting office (after 7 days), and the item is returned back to us due to non communication on your part, you would then be responsible for additional shipping costs to redeliver, and any postage costs will not be included in a refund.
Returns;
Please email straightaway if you wish to make a return, or within 7 days of receipt of the item.
You then have up to 14 days to return the item, at your own cost, in suitable packaging, with the same care & attention as the original packing, preferably in the original box.
Refunds will be for the cost of the item only, not postage.
Exceptions-
Items returned after this period or deemed to be used, worn, badly packed and damaged in returning, smelling of smoke etc and not in original condition will be refunded at my discretion, depending on whether the item needs to be written off and will be subject to a partial refund only.
Please note, it is very easy to tell if a fascinator has been worn and is a hygiene issue also.
The cooling off period and right to cancel do not apply to: Custom Bespoke orders and Auction Items.
In all cases, email any problems.
If the item is not collected from the sorting office, or it does not arrive by a specific date and delivery is attempted in good time and the customer does not collect or sign for, the refund will also be for the cost of the item only.
Warning:
** All my items are for decorative and ornamental use only not toys, please keep out of reach of babies and small children, small beads & wire.**
Photographs:
Although I try to ensure that the picture is as accurate as possible, the cameras image may not always reflect the image seen in person. Colours of the items may vary very slightly compared to the picture.
Please note also, the display head is smaller than human head.
