Our office hours are 10am-5pm, Monday to Friday, 8.30-5.30, please note we are not open at weekends. Please keep this in mind when telephoning or emailing as we will not be able to reply over weekends.

The best way to contact us is via eBay messages, as this enables us to give you the quickest reply time. This can be done through the contact link at the bottom of all our eBay listings. It also makes sure that any reply we send, goes right into your message centre on eBay and not a junk folder.

Just click on the "Ask a question" link at the very bottom of any listing!

By contacting us through eBay messages, there will be a reply thread which is saved in your ebay message centre and ours for 90 days; handy if you are enquiring about a specific item and we need to find your email to refer back to at any point. It also stops any emails you send to us being filtered into our Junk folder and being missed.

Please note we aim to reply to emails within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).
