What is our Payment Method?

We accept PayPal transactions.
Credit cards can be paid through PayPal as well.
You can send money to our bank account using wire transfer. Remember there will be a delay in delivery if you choose this option, because we have to hold the shipment until money appears on our account.

What is our Shipping Policy?

We offer Free Shipping within UK!
We currently do not offer expedited shipping options. We'll ship your items within 3 business days after payment has been received.

We can ship to most European countries with GLS or DSV.
Note: You can order up to 30kg for that same price and we will combine all your purchases!

My product has not arrived yet, what should I do?

Please contact us and we will get back to you asap. We normally ship products within 3 business days after cleared payment and valid shipping address was received.

What is our Warranty and Return Policy?

ImproEurope will accept returns of product for the following reasons:

1. Product is defective or damaged.
2. Non-defective goods returned within 15 days.
3. Defective goods because of ImproEurope shipping errors returned within 90 days.

Return requests will be reviewed, approved or denied and communication to that effect sent to you by email within ten business day of receipt of your return request. If your return is approved you will be sent a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via email. The email will contain an RMA Number.

Please make a copy of your original invoice and print the RMA Number on it and place it in the shipping container with the returned merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. With the exception of ImproEurope shipping errors you are responsible for shipping costs to return the item to our warehouse. Please contact us for details.

Your request for a return must be received within 30 days of your receipt of the product. In case of repeated purchases of similar goods not before receipt of the first product.

Once your return has been received by the warehouse you will be given a credit for the amount of the purchase within 10 business days after receipt of return.
