Returns Policy

Refunds will only be given in the event that a product is faulty or damaged. If you do receive an item which is found to be faulty or has been damaged during delivery please contact us immediately upon receipt. All sizes are stated on listings and we will not except returns due to the poor fitting of garments wrongly chosen by the buyer. Please note in accordance with the Distance Selling Act we are unable to accept returns on wigs & caps, false teeth, hoisery, facial hair, underwear or make-up due to hygiene reasons.
Customers have 7 days from receipt of delivery to return items for a refund/exchange. Products must be in a resaleable condition when returned. They must also include all items that came with the costume and be re-packed in a manner that you would expect to receive them and returned in the full original packaging along with a copy ebay invoice. Items should not be folded in order to post them back as a smaller parcel.
PLEASE NOTE ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORISED BEFORE SENDING BACK TO US.

We recommend returning items in the packaging they arrived in using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the post. Please note that proof of posting is not proof of delivery. We will contact you to confirm details of a refund and all refunds will be made using the original method of payment and will only be approved once goods have been received back safely into our warehouse and checked.
We are unable to replace or refund any item until the original is returned to us. However if you wish to place a second order in the meantime, this will speed up the process while you wait for your original item to arrive back with us.
Please note orders sent via Royal Mail standard & signed for carry no guarantee and whilst most arrive within a couple of days we cannot be held responsible for late arrival due to matters out of our control or postal strikes. We therefore do not accept returns or give refunds for items which have arrived too late for your particular event/party.
