Make sure your DVD player is compatible with the DVD you purchase. We are not responsible if your DVD player is not compatible.

Please read the full description, when you purchase the item you understand that it will take approx. 9-19 working days for delivery and you have made sure your DVD player is compatible.

If you have any DVD requests or questions regarding items, please feel free to ask.

Shipping

Our postage carrier is USPS, delivery is available to 241 worldwide destinations.

Estimated shipping time varies from 7-14 business days (2-3 Weeks), depending on receiver locations.

Your Item is usually processed within 1-2 days of payment received.

Please keep in mind that we can ONLY ship Monday to Friday. Public holidays may also affect your shipment time.

Direct Deposit: Sent with Invoice, contact us if information cannot be found.

Please Remember to add your eBay User ID or item number, if not your item may take longer to process as payment is unidentifiable.

Stock Availability

We try to keep ample stock of every title we have available, however at times a popular product may be on high demand. If the Item is to run out, it will usually take an extra 1-2 weeks to replenish stock, independent label items may take upto a few weeks to get back in stock.

Returns

Please contact Import DVD before making any returns and state your customer ID and the nature of the defect. When the return enquiry has been approved, we will then send out the return for exchange instructions to you.

Incorrectly delivered goods must NOT be opened. It will NOT be accepted for return if opened.

Request for return must be placed within 14 days after delivered and received by us within 30 days of delivery date.

Return for exchange will ONLY be given if DVD is defective (manufacturing faulty) or incorrect DVD is delivered.

Any DVD with visible surface scratches will NOT be accepted for Return.

The shipping cost for the approved returned items will be fully refunded back to you.

Feedback

Positive feedback will be left for satisfactorily completed transactions, when both customer and seller are happy. Non-Paying bidders will be addressed according to the eBay Unpaid Item Policy.
