Q: What happens if my set is faulty or damaged?
A: Please contact us asap if you receive a damaged or faulty set. We will send you a replacement or refund to make up for the damage.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes, each additional item you purchase is $5.00aud. For example 2 items will cost $15.00aud, 3 items will cost $20.00aud. Any order above 4 items may be eligible for even further discount.
Q: My order is Missing!?
A: Please contact us asap if your order has not arrived. Your package is fully insured. We will send you a full refund or replacement set free of charge.
Q: Will the Region 2 DVDs you sell, play in Australia?
A: Yes, these DVDs will play in Australia, but this depends on what DVD player you have purchased. Simply follow the link: http://www.videohelp.com/dvdhacks Type your DVD player model in the Search DVD player bar and press enter. Follow any instructions that may come up for your DVD player to make it Region FREE.
Q: Are your DVDs Genuine?
A: Yes, all DVDs are genuine, brand new and factory sealed. It is illegal to sell any bootleg copies, if you are to purchase an illegal item, please report the item and the seller to eBay. You may even want to report the seller to the sellers local authorities.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping takes approx. 10-15 business days and will be shipped from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail postal service. NOTE: Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays as observed by the Post Office. If your order does not arrive on time, please contact us asap.
Q: What happens when you are out of stock?
A: DVDs from larger distributors will only take 1-2 weeks to get back in stock, it may take 3-4 weeks from independent distributors. In this situation, we can either send you a full refund or send you your DVD when it comes in stock.
Q: What type of payments do you accept?
A: We accept Bank Deposit, Paypal, and Money Order from Australian customers. From International customers we only accept Paypal. We use Westpac Bank Australia to accept bank deposits, when making a bank deposit, please make sure to add your eBay username in the Description section. Other payment methods can be negotiated.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Currently we only ship to Australia and New Zealand. If we cannot ship to your destination, we will contact you regarding your order.
