Auction Sales Policy:

• All of the following policies are established to protect buyer and seller from fraud.
• Your bid is a contract; by placing a bid you acknowledge that you have read and are in agreement with our auction policies- Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item.  If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item.  If the seller is unable to establish contact with the winning bidder within 4 days from end of the auction or if payment is not received within 7 days, item may be offered to the next highest bidder or re listed at the seller's sole discretion. Non paying auction winners will be reported to eBay for nonpayment.  Reports of non payment may lead to suspension, loss or limitation of eBay auction privileges.
• Image Fragrance will gladly leave positive feedback after you have received your item, satisfied with your purchase and have expressed so in feedback left for us.  If there is a problem I will gladly resolve it.  Please do not leave negative or neutral feedback without communicating the issue and giving us a chance to resolve your problem.

Shipping Details:

• USPS 1st class and Priority mail with delivery confirmation is our standard shipping method. Premium upgrade services can be requested prior to purchase at a fee determined by your shipment.
•  Same day shipping guarantee applies to payments received at time of purchase via Paypal by3:00 PM (EST) Monday - Friday.  Payments received on Saturday, Sunday or Legal Holidays are shipped next business day.   This guarantee does not apply to shipment delays caused by paypal or eBay system outages. 
• Guaranteed same day shipping or it's free slogan refers to shipping charges if applicable.  If your item is not shipped within the described guideline above your shipping charge will be refunded.
• FPO, AP and International shipments do not qualify for same day shipping guarantee

Payment Details:

eBay will no longer permit vendors to accept checks as a form of payment

• Paypal is our only accepted form of payment 
• Payment must be received within 4 days from close of auction or Buy it Now purchase. 

Returns:

All of products are 100 % guaranteed authentic or your money back. 

In the unlikely event a refund is requested

•  All items must be returned in unopened re sellable condition.
• Returns without original packaging or not in the condition they were shipped (ie: sealed item opened) are subject to a 20% re stocking fee regardless for reason of return. (Opened and noticeably used items are not returnable or refundable.)
• Please be familiar with the product you are purchasing.  Refunds are not issued for buyers remorse
• Authorized return postage is limited to First Class mail or Parcel Post please contact for approved return service. Refunded postage is limited to the cost of USPS shipping.  Any unapproved return method will not be refuned.
• All replacement shipments or refunds will be made after arrival of returned item. 
• Due to Federal Health regulations all cosmetic and beauty care items are not returnable except for defective merchandise or incorrect item shipment.

In the unlikely event you are in need of returning an item the following procedure must be followed:

• All returns must be post marked no later than 3 business days from date of delivery confirmation. USPS delivery confirmation will serve as official date of acceptance.
• Include a copy of the Original invoice or a print out of the payment invoice e mail indicating reason for return
• All replacement shipments or refunds will be made after arrival of returned item. Paypal payment will be refunded back to account (minus paypal fees). Check payments will be issued a company check made payable only to the name of the auction winner within 30 days of return.
• Returns will not be accepted without communication proir to shipping return item

Undeliverable shipment returns:

• Shipments returned to us determined undeliverable are subject to a reshipping fee to be determined dependant on the cost of reshipment.
• Shipments returned to us determined undeliverable are subject to a 20% restocking fee which cover our unrecoverable original shipping cost and eBay fees associated with the purchase if reshipment is refused

Contact:

• The winner will receive an "eBay End of Auction" email.
• Click on the payment link and follow instructions.
• Once payment is received into our paypal account, we will ship product.
