We know they can be a bit of a bore, but terms and conditions are a necessary evil. Give them a read. We've cut down on the legal jargon as much as possible to make things nice and easy.
Imfabulous guarantees the protection of all personal data that includes but is not limited to: customer shipping address, billing address, contact telephone numbers (both landline and mobile), payment information (credit card, debit card, and PayPal) and any provided email addresses. Under no condition will ImFabulous disclose the above personal details to any third party, regardless of said party's intentions. However, necessary co-operation between Imfabulous and affiliate retailers (Ebay.co.uk) may include the transaction of customer information. This transaction of information will only occur when it pertains to customer orders or complaints that specifically involve said affiliate online retailers. No other third party will have access to or obtain any customer information.
ImFabulous is only partially responsible for delivery times. As ImFabulous uses the Royal Mail and a third party courier service to ensure delivery of all products. The Royal Mail or the third party courier service is responsible for delivering products once they have been collected from the ImFabulous order processing centre.
ImFabulous will exchange or fully refund any products damaged in transit if damaged goods are returned to ImFabulous within 30 working days of the customer receiving said goods. All product exchanges will be made for products of equal or lesser value only. ImFabulous is not obligated to refund any items that are not damaged unless they have been returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging. All undamaged goods are only available for refund or exchange if such goods are in a saleable condition and are returned within 30 days of being received by the customer.
ImFabulous guarantees the authenticity of all products sold by ImFabulous and through any ImFabulous online retail outlet. All available products are new, unused and unopened. All products are also obtained through appropriate distribution channels in order to maintain brand standards.
ImFabulous is a UK VAT registered company, and, as such, strictly adheres to all UK laws and regulations regarding trade and commerce. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
All orders will be despatched after ImFabulous has confirmed a payment transaction has taken place and payment has been accepted.
ImFabulous guarantees to acknowledge and address all customer complaints in a timely fashion. Unsatisfied customers must email Complaints@Imfabulous.com with their customer number, order number and their reason for complaint. A customer representative will then contact the customer either by email or telephone in an effort to address the issues outlined in the complaint. Settlement may include but is not limited to a full or partial refund, product exchange or other appropriate compensation. ImFabulous reserves the right to determine the legitimacy of any and all complaints. ImFabulous also reserves the right to determine the appropriate level and method of compensation for any and all complaints.
ImFabulous reserves the right to refuse service or sale to any customer based on lack of payment.
