Returns
Faulty goods will be replaced on a like-for-like basis. Should our existing stocks by insufficient to accommodate this, either a better specification replacement will be offered or a full refund given
We must be advised of any damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt of the item. If packaging is damaged on arrival PLEASE sign the courier paperwork “as damaged unchecked goods” or if unhappy refuse the delivery. Goods signed d for as “OK” but subsequently found to be physically damaged cannot be claimed under insurance or warranty.
If you experience a problem with your item within the first 30 days of purchase, please contact us. Items reported as faulty within this period must be returned in their original packaging and complete with all supplied accessories, literature, media and ancillaries. Incomplete items may not be exchanged or refunded in full. All returned items will be fully tested and inspected for any signs of misuse. Items identified as such, will be returned to the customer in its current state and will not be exchanged or refunded.
Warranty.
Unless stated in an item listing, goods will be supplied with a 30-day DOA warranty directly with us.
If an item has a manufacturer's warranty, it will be stated in the listing and all warranty issues should be addressed directly with that manufacturer within the stated warranty period. Items reported faulty outside of their warranty period will not be covered for exchange, refund or repair by either ourselves or the manufacturer. |
