Delivery
We offer the following services for delivery to UK Mainland only.
Goods may be collected from our showroom. You will need to bring with you a copy of your order confirmation and ID.
White Goods: Delivery will be made by our courier service using a kerb-side delivery service. Goods are delivered on a pallet to the nearest point of access to your property.
All Kitchen appliances are shipped on a 3 day service. Delivery will take place between 08:30 – 17:30 Monday – Friday.
Our courier will contact you within 48 hours of placing your order to arrange a suitable delivery date and time. Please make sure that you enter your daytime contact telephone number when ordering to avoid any problems.
Upon receipt of goods you are required to visually inspect all units to ensure that no damage has occurred in transit. Any items with visible damage must be signed for as damaged before the courier leaves. If you are unsure please contact us on 01420 483590 prior to signing. Goods notified as damaged after acceptance will not be covered for refunds.
Due to warranty coverage we do not ship to Channel isles, Northern or Southern Ireland.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are happy with the condition of goods when signing for receipt. We cannot accept any claims for damaged items that has not been noted on the delivery consignment note.
Televisions and Electronics:
Goods will be despatched on the next working day for delivery on the following day via courier.
Please note that these prices apply to UK Mainland only.
Additional charges will be issued for Scottish highlands.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are happy with the condition of goods when signing for receipt. We cannot accept any claims for damaged items that has not been noted on the delivery consignment note.
Please retain all inner and outer packaging in case a return is required.
