We will offer assistance to you if you would like to raise an enquiry with Kong Kong Post Office. Before raising an enquiry of non-receipt of items, please kindly allow a suitable period for delivery. The time for delivery for different region differs, and the normal time taking for delivery is 7-14 working days to USA / Europe / Canada / Asia / Australia and 12-21 working days to Other Countries. And once there is an enquiry raised with Hong Kong Post Office, please allow some times for the follow up.

Customers are advised to ship via Registered Airmail or any recorded mail services, as we will not be liable for any postal loss. Shipping charges for the replacement will be born by us.

Refunds are made only if a replacement is not available.
