We pride ourselves on our customer service and approachability. Between us we have a wealth of product knowledge and many years of experience in the power tool Industry. If you have any queries before or after a purchase please feel free to contact us either by email or telephone. You will get straight through to a real person, no annoying menus. We stock most major brands of power tools, hand tools, garden machinery, work and safety wear, including boots and shoes, fixings and abrasives and much much more, so if you don't see what you want listed please contact us as we only list a small proportion of our stock.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment to be received please within 7 days of purchase. Cheques will take 7 working days to clear before we can despatch goods.
Payment methods accepted are:- PayPal, Banker's Draft, Postal Order, Cheque or Debit card over the phone. Please note at this time we are only able to accept credit cards via PayPal
Unless otherwise stated carriage is by carrier to UK Mainland and in the case of heavier items may exclude the Highlands. If you are in doubt please enquire before purchasing. We are happy to quote for off-shore Islands and Northern Ireland.
EU COUNTIRES: We will deliver to EU Countries at our discretion. Where prices are quoted they are for EU mainland only. Please enquire for Islands and we will be happy to quote you a price.
Our Carriers will require a signature on delivery. If they leave a card please contact them a.s.a.p. otherwise the item may be returned to us incurring further delivery fees. They will not leave with a neighbour unless pre-arranged. Carrier damage must be reported within 12 hours, as we only have 24 hours to make a claim, if you are unable to check at the time of delivery please sign for unchecked.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETURN POLICY
In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 14 days in unused condition for a refund. All original packaging must be intact and it is your responsibility to ensure it reaches us safely. Unless item is not as described P&P costs will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please email or phone first. We are always happy to discuss any concerns you may have, and will do our utmost to ensure you are happy with your goods.
