DeWalt Reworked / Reconditioned / Q stock

DeWalt have a policy that if a product leaves their factory and is returned for any reason  - eg. a customer return, dealer overstock, wrong model, voltage etc they do not sell them on as new.  DeWalt take these tools back into their Factory and test them, before stamping them as reworked and making them available to specialist retailers like ourselves, for resale. 

Some of the tools will have been lightly used as demonstrators at DeWalt’s Demo days, in which case they may have a few cosmetic scuffs or marks. We will usually list these as ex-demo models.  They may show signs of having been tested and in the case of woodworking machinery may contain small amounts of sawdust.  Some of the original packaging may be tatty or possibly missing.  The picture is of a DW742 table saw that we have recently sold, to a  customer who was delighted with his bargain.  Please see our feedback which reflects many of our happy customers comments.

We are unable to tell the exact history of any one tool, but they will always represent excellent value for money.  The majority of these tools will be new and unused.

All of these tools are fully guaranteed by DeWalt for one year through their Nationwide network of repair agents which includes ourselves (see warrenty section below). Therefore you can buy with complete confidence.

All our DeWalt Tools are supplied by DeWalt UK, therefore meet all UK safety specifications and carry a full manufacturers guarantee, available through their Nationwide authorised repair agents, which include ourselves. Please be aware that if a DeWalt tool does not have a CE Mark on it, it will not have a valid guarantee in this Country and may not conform to our health and safety laws.  You will also need to show a purchase reciept from a Bona Fida DeWalt Dealer

DeWalt is confident of the quality of its products and offers an outstanding guarantee for professional users of the product.  This guarantee statement is in addition to and in no way prejudices your contractual rights as a professional user or your statutory rights as a private non-professional user.  The guarantee is valid within the territories of the Member States of the European Union and the European Free Trade Area

ONE YEAR FULL WARRANTY

If your DeWalt product becomes defective due to faulty materials or workmanship within 12 months from the date of purchase, DeWalt guarantees to replace all defective parts free of charge - or at our discretion - replace the unit free of charge provided that:

The product has not been mis-used

The product has been subject to fair wear and tear

Repairs have not been attempted by unauthorised persons

Proof of purchase is produced - please keep our VAT invoice for this purpose.

In order to make a claim you will need to submit proof of purchase to the vendor or an authorised repair agent* and your DeWalt product must display the CE mark, as shown above.
