All tickets are dispatched by registered mail and will always require a signature. As duplicates cannot be arranged if tickets are lost, damaged or misplaced.
Tickets can also be delivered to a Hotel address. Please contact us first if you require this.

Buyer Pays Shipping.
Delivery is by Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK - the cost is per order, not ticket.
Oversea buyers: Tickets are sent via Royal Mail International Registered (please be advised if you choose International registered you do at your own risk as Royal Mail do not take responsibility for item once it leaves the UK) or courier ie FedEx .
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours when tickets are in stock.
If the tickets are not in stock then we will email confirmation email to guarantee delivery of tickets - and once we have receipt of tickets we will email you with tracking details
All emails will be responded to within 24 hours if not sooner.

All sales are final.
We will only issue a refund (minus ebay and paypal fees) if the event is fully cancelled (not if postponed or re-venued) and tickets must be returned within 7 days of notification - buyer bears responsibility of return and cost of return postage
