RETURN POLICY                                                                                                                                                            We recommend that you inspect your order promptly upon receiving it. Merchandise may be returned within 7 days of receipt subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please for permission before making any returns.                                                      NEW EQUIPMENT: Should it be necessary to return an item, you may return it for refund or exchange, excluding any shipping charges and 10% restoking fee, within a period of 7 days. Items can be returned only if in the original and undamaged packaging, with all enclosures, instructions and blank warranty cards. Special order products are not returnable.                                                                                                                                                                      USED EQUIPMENT: Used equipment may be returned for a refund less shipping charges and 10% restocking fee within 7 days of receipt.

 DAMAGED GOODS: When you receive your order, please inspect your package carefully. All claims for damaged or missing items must be made within two business days of receipt of merchandise. In the event a package arrives damaged, please notify us as well as the carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund or replacement. Please retain all packaging until the carrier has made their inspection.
