Before contacting GREEN s.r.l. these documents are needed:
- Receipt;
- All data necessary for GREEN s.r.l. to refund the money ( bank, credit card information, pay pal account);
With this data you can contact the GREEN s.r.l. (at the email address interno13.outlet@gmail.com), which will inform you of the procedure to follow to begin the refund request, and will also give you the authorization for the accessories restitution |
| Withdrawal right procedure: |
You have to ship a letter with return receipt within ten working days from the date of receipt of goods to the following address:
- GREEN s.r.l. ,Viale della repubblica 42 (scala B),Povolaro di Dueville (VI) ,36031 ,Italy;
In the letter it must be specified:
- Complete name of the applicant;
- Ebay nickname;
- Item code and description;
- Data necessery for the price refund;
This comunication can be anticipated through fax, but it must be cofirmed with the aforementioned letter. |
| How to make the shipment: |
1. Once the withdrawal procedure is started it is necessary to pack the original box so that the original packing is protected from any damage written or alteration. GREEN s.r.l. reserves the right to refuse the goods received concerning non-compliance with the procedure above.
2. You have to ship the goods at your expense to the following address: GREEN s.r.l.,Viale della Repubblica, 42 (Scala B), 36031 Povolaro di Dueville (VI) Italy. Warning: it is recomended to use for the shipping an express courier or an other shipping way which provides the possibility of tracking the shipment.
Please note that GREEN s.r.l. won't proceed at the refund of the price in case of absence of receipt of goods, or if the goods result damaged or if the rules above are disregarded. . |
| Timin for receive the refund: |
The refund will be made the quickiest we can, but not beyond 30 working days from the reception of the withdrawal notification. GREEN s.r.l. will perform the refund of the value resulting from the receipt (excluding shipping costs) or the replacement with an equivalent item according to the will of the costumer.
Refund will be performed in these forms:
- Bank Transfer;
- Pay pal transaction;
All pursuant to Art. 5, subparagraph 6 of the D.Lgs n. 185 in data 22/05/1999. |
