Please Note for larger items that weigh over 1KG (auctions which state Parcel Force delivery) the 'UK' delivery costs quoted is for mainland UK ONLY. Non mainland addresses like Ireland & Channel Islands please see the international shipping rates within each auction to see the cost. Please also note that items despatched by Parcel Force going to the following post codes are subject to a £5 surcharge BT, IM, TR (21-25) IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, ZE, PA (20-49 & 60-78) PH (17-26, 30-44 & 49-50). Items that are likely to be over 1KG are products such as exercise and fitness equipment or items which are stated as been shipped by Parcel Force. Important - Orders cannot be despatched until the full payment (including the correct postage amount) has been paid. Our preferred method of payment is Paypal you can also pay by cheque, postal order, bankers draft, PLEASE NOTE Cheque payments will require a 7 day clearing period although smaller payments from ebayers with a good standing maybe despatched

straight away at our own discretion. We also take payments by most major debit and credit cards by calling our customer service team on 01142313188 9.30am - 4.30pm mon-friday. payments
must be received with 7 days of purchase or negative feedback will be left.
Our shipping policy is to handle and despatch within 24 hours of placing your order Monday to Friday.
UK MAINLAND: Items weighing under 1Kg are normally despatched by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. Items weighing over 1Kg are normally despatched by either TNT or Parcelforce 24 Hour Service.
WORLDWIDE: Delivery times vary depending on the destination.
All items are traceable, and tracking details can be given on request.

Goods may be returned which, are suffering from a fault/damage, which has been sustained during transit/production or normal use, which the item is intended for. By returning an item I/we declare that the item has not suffered fault/damage/failure through accidental/deliberate/excessive/misuse.

  • I/We agree to bare all responsibilities for the return of the item, in return for a suitable replacement item or refund when a suitable replacement is unavailable.
  • I/We received the item no longer then 3 days ago for items returned with transit damage or production faults. I/we received the item no longer than 14 days, for items which have failed during normal use, due to a manufacturers fault.
  • I/We understand that items returned under this agreement, which do not meet the conditions/terms of return, will not be replaced or returned to the buyer until suitable postage arrangements/costs are made by the buyer.
  • I/We understand that a suitable replacement item may be any item which has similar design and functional features.
