Payment
After winning an item at auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase, please check out following the eBay links as this will update our system with your address and payment details.
Your order will normally be posted within 1 to 2 business days after cleared payment has been received. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
We accept the following payment methods:
- PayPal
- Postal Orders (UK only)
- Cheque (UK only)
PayPal is the preferred method as it results in a faster dispatch. PayPal accounts are free to set up.
Payment must be received within seven days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after seven days and a non payment dispute will be filed with eBay to recover our ebay fees incurred. If you wish to combine multiple purchases for shipping, please make sure the closing dates from the first auction to the last auction are within seven days before submitting payment. If you pay for items at the same time, reduced postage will automatically be applied to the 2nd item (only applies to 1st class, recorded delivery or airmail).
Please note we cannot accept Bank Transfers, Cheques or Postal Orders from outside the UK due to the handling fees incurred. Payment is by PayPal only for orders outside the UK.
Innacurate Checkout Information
Please note that supplying the correct address is the responsibility of the customer. For security reasons we can only dispatch orders to the address supplied upon checkout. In the event of an incomplete or wrong address being supplied, the customer is responsible for the loss.
Delivery

Delivery times
Postage is free on many of the items we sell. The default option is Royal Mail 2nd Class, but 1st Class is also available at time of checkout. Once you have paid for your items the postage option cannot be changed under any circumstances.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of sale. Orders with Recorded Delivery will be dispatched within 24 hours of sale.
Postal insurance is included on all orders except 2nd Class free P&P. All orders over the value of £25 are sent by Recorded Delivery (a signature is required upon receipt).
We ship to BFPO addresses worldwide (delivery timescales vary). BFPO orders do not qualify under the free postage arrangement with the Royal Mail.
Overseas orders are sent using Royal Mail Airmail (small packets).
