Payments must be received no later than 10 days after close of auction. Our standard methods of dispatch are the Post Office and Parceline for next day deliveries. Ceramic/Resin/Porcelain items are NOT insured for damage unless sent by Special Delivery (up to 2 kilos only). Items over 2 kilos in weight are covered for loss only. We will not accept any returns for damaged or lost items without insurance.
