You can purchase this toll free forwarding service from IDN from Austria, Australia, Brazil, Belgium, Chile, China, Canada, Colombia, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Estonia, France, Finland, Greece, Germany, Guyana, Hong Kong, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Ireland, Ice land, Indonesia, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands Antilles, Netherlands (Holland), Nicaragua, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Switzerland, Singapore, Slovakia, South Africa, Sweden, South Korea, Spain, Thailand, Uruguay, UK, US  and forward to any destination in the world.

Fees of £58 per number includes:

    • Set-up Fee: of £35 for each Toll free number.
    • Credit: £23 worth of credit
    • All Call are charged on a per minute billing in the same currency.

Steps to purchase a Toll Free Number:

    • Select the Toll Free country
    • View the available stock of Toll Free numbers
    • Purchase the Toll Free number at the stated prices (which includes the Toll Free set-up charges and £23 worth of credit) through PayPal.
    • Once the purchase is finalised, you will receive an e-mail from customerservice@idn.eu, which would give you a product code and a link to our website.
    • You will then create an account with your email address and a password of your choice. Each product code will allow the allocation of a single Toll Free number.
    • You can also view your per minutes charges for the Toll Free number and the forwarding destination. Calls from Mobiles & Payphones will incure a surcharge
    • Once the Toll Free number is selected you will enter the forwarding destination number.
    • After the credit of £23 is used you have the option to Top-up and continue owning and using the number, however if you do not wish to Top-up the number comes back to IDN.

    • You can top-up your account with the required credit through Pay-pal
    • Download statements for your calls and check your account balance at any time
    • You will receive a reminder e-mail when the account nears zero balance
    • Use International Freephone numbers to give your clients local access to your company, even if your company is based in another country
    • Use Freephone numbers to allow clients to call you for free
    • Use Freephone numbers to allow your family and friends to contact you for free
