Postage & Payment
All items will be dispatched same day (Monday to Friday) if paid for by 3pm. Items paid for during weekends & public UK holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Our preferred method of payment is PayPal. We prefer instant payments, this is the fastest way to pay. You may also pay via eCheque (allow 10 days to clear). We do NOT accept cheques, postal orders or international money orders.

I Love My Mummy's Returns Policy.

I Love My Mummy currently accepts returns for eBay purchases and one of the following will apply:

•  Return of unwanted goods:

You’re welcome to return any unwanted goods to us for a full refund of the cost of that product. Please be aware that all returned items must be in a‘saleable condition’, unused and in the original sealed packaging (as per the Distance Selling Regulations 2000) Please return to us on the address below:

Please ensure that your order is enclosed and also include a copy of your invoice as this locates you order and is your proof of purchase. Unwanted goods must be returned with 14 days. We cannot accept returns of items after this time. Goods sold as CLEARANCE or SALE are non-returnable.

•  Return of defective goods

In the unlikely even that you receive damaged/defective goods please contact us via eBay Messages. We will ask you to return the goods to us and we will provide full instructions on how to do so. We operate a pre-paid returns service at a cost to us, for items that are damaged/defective. Upon receipt of the goods we will examine them and if deemed damaged/defective we will replace the goods for you. If a replacement is not available we will endeavor to offer an alternative product of equal or better specification. If this is not posssible we will offer a full refund for the returned goods.Any limited warranties offered are those provided by the manufacture for 12 months unless otherwise stated.

NB: If you choose not to use this service we will not reimburse any postage costs incurred.

We recommend, for your protection, that all goods are returned using a traceable service and that 'Proof-of-Postage' is obtained. Any loss in the post is deemed, by Royal Mail, to be sole the responsibilty of the sender. Failure to comply with this, may, result in losses to you the customer for which we will not be held liable.

The above policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. As a business seller, we abide by the Distance Selling Regulations (2000).
