Ducati Maintenance Charts
Here is my maintenance chart. Upon examining it, you will find that it looks quite intense, and doesn't quite match Ducati's maintenance chart (further down). This is because I find Ducati's chart to be a little sparse. I also find that their maintenance operations are crammed too closely together (obviously because they expect you to take the bike in at 6,000 and 12,000 miles for major overhaul, but we want to do it ourselves). Therefore, I broke it up so that all the maintenance doesn't come due the same day. Just follow my chart pretty closely, and your Duc will definitely thank you in the long run. Some of the items (such as inspect oil level and check tire pressure) actually need to be done every 500 miles, but there wasn't room on the chart. So, everything that is marked every 1,000 miles is generally meant to be done every 500 miles. There is also a ton of little stuff that constantly needs attention. Get in the habit of looking over the bike and seeing if anything looks out of place- leaking fluids, hanging wires, etc.
