Payment details Once you have made your purchase please proceed to checkout to make your payment or to advise us how and when you will be paying. We would like payment within 7 days please. We prefer payment by Paypal but will accept UK Personal Cheques. Please make cheques payable to Householdlinens.com Ltd. We will despatch your order once funds are cleared at our bank (please allow 7 working days for clearance of funds. We accept returns. The buyer is responsible for returning the goods back to us unfolded, new and unused and sealed in their original packaging within 14 days. (Our curtains & bedspreads are packed in a zipped bag so you can lift them out to examine the pattern, colour and quality without having to unfold them and invalidating our returns policy). The buyer arranges and pays for the return postage of unwanted goods. The buyer is required to email us with any intent to return goods within 7 days of receipt to get a returns reference number and details of our returns procedure. In the very unlikely event that the goods are faulty we will replace them or refund the original purchase price but only when we have the faulty items back from the buyer.
