Returns are for full item value and will not include shipping and handling costs.
Return and/or Exchange Options
If return & exchange policies are met, the following return or exchange options are available from houseofscuba.com.
- Refunds will be by check, gift certificate, or credit applied to the original credit card used to make the purchase.
- If available, exchanges may be made for the same type of item with different size and/or color. If exchanging for an upgraded item additional costs will need to be determined. The buyer will be responsible for ALL shipping/handling costs in both directions.
Return items that are used, in unsellable condition, or are missing parts will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion.
Refunds
houseofscuba.com will notify buyer via e-mail of refund once the item has been received and processed. Buyer can expect a refund within 3 to 14 business days after houseofscuba.com has received the return item.
Exchanges
houseofscuba.com will notify buyer via e-mail of exchange once the item has been received and processed. If the returned item(s) meets all return & exchange policies, the buyer can expect the exchange item(s) to be mailed within 1 to 3 business days.
