We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards. We only accept these cards from U.S. Banks. For Internationa buyers, please use paypal or money orders as your payment method.
Successful bidders may pay with Paypal, Visa, Master Card, Discover, Money Order or Personal Checks. A payment instruction will be sent to your registered eBay email address shortly after the close of the auction.
We accept Money Orders, Certified Bank Checks, or Personal Checks. However, these forms of payment slow down the order process. Personal checks will even be held up to 10 days.

Canadian shipping: For CANADA we use UPS ONLY, so be aware of your customs/duties fees. All Canadian orders are shipped UPS, no exceptions.
Can I have my international order shipped via USPS? Hotzone Performance does not ship merchandise via the USPS to international locations due to inability to track shipments.
Combine shipping The trick to taking advantage of combined shipping is to wait until your final auction has ended and buy it now selections have been made, prior to completing checkout. combined shipping is available all orders paid at one time, which will combine all items won or purchased within 10 days of the first from the same bidder ID. We can only combine shipping for items that are paid for at the same time/ on the same invoice.
This is how it work for combine shipping: our system will charge the full shipping on the first item. and automatically offer 1/2 off shipping on your 2nd and up items when part are combined into one shipment.

Terms and Conditions
We accept returns within 30 days from the ship date. All returns will be accompanied by a Return Good Authorization Number (RGA). Please email us at hotzoneperformance@yahoo.com to obtain the RGA number. Please mark the corresponding invoice number clearly on the outside of all the boxes being returned. This will help us process your return in a timely manner.
All good merchandise returns are subjected to a 15% Restocking Fee and can only be accepted under brand-new and un-installed condition. If you need an exchange, when no error on our part exists with the shipping of any purchase, you will be subject to incur the cost associated with re-shipping a package and the original shipping cost is not subject to a refund.
If we make an error and ship you the wrong part, you need to contact us within 7day of receiving the product. We will then ship out the correct part to you with a UPS prepaid return label for you to return the wrong part. The prepaid return label is accepted at any UPS stores, UPS locations, and any Staples locations and there is no charge to you. Please note that we require the wrong item to be return to our facility no later than one month of receiving the correct replacement part, otherwise we will need to charge you for the wrong part.
All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment.
All products carry an implied, industry-standard 30 day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer.
We request payment no later than 12 days from the end of the auction.
