We aim to dispatch all orders within 48hrs of receiving payment. However, we ask customers to allow upto 5 working days for dispatch. Custom orders may take longer but we will notify you of an expected delivery date prior to ordering.
All UK orders* will be dispatched with Interlink express. Deliveries will be made the following working day from dispatch notification email and customers will be notified of a one hour delivery window by the courier via text or e-mail. Carriage charges are set at a flat rate of £5.50 plus £1.50 for each additional item.
If your order is time-critical we strongly recommend contacting us prior to ordering to ensure we can meet your requirements.
EU orders will be dispatched with interlinks sister company DPD and will take appox 2 - 5 working days from date of dispatch. EU shipping charges are set at a flat rate of £20.

Important - Switzerland, Bosnia-Herzgovina, Croatia, Latvia, Montenegro, Norway, Iceland, & Serbia will also be subject to an additional charge of £25 due to a customs clearance fee for these destinations.
Please note – All items are insured against loss or damage up to the point of signature by you. We therefore urge customers to check packages for damage before signing. If a package does appear to be damaged please write ‘damaged’ after your signature.
* Highlands, Islands, Offshore, Northern & Southern Ireland will be subject to a surcharge of £7 as per couriers charges. Delivery time will be 1-2 working days for such orders. These destinations are considered UK zone 2.
