Terms and Conditions
All items Hoses Direct supply, will be sold in accordance to your statutory rights under "The Sale of Goods Act 1979" (as amended) and "The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000"
In the unlikely event that a fault does occur, Hoses Direct will replace the faulty part(s) or item free of charge including any postage cost. (part(s) or item will be replaced depending on fault and in accordance to your statutory rights),
Hoses Direct will also pay any postal fees if parts or replacement items are requested back to Hoses Direct.
International (Non UK) Customers: For non UK customers, we guarantee all goods as above but we cannot cover postage costs for replacement parts to be sent if required.
Exchange
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and the listings states that returns are accepted, Hoses Direct will exchange your purchase for any other items within our Ebay shop within 7 days of the date of delivery.
It is your responsibility to return your purchase in good condition, In it's original box and packaging supplied.
You will be responsible for the cost of the return. We advise customers to send goods via Royal Mail recorded delivery with insurance or with a reputable courier where a signature is required upon delivery.
For any exchange after 7 days of the date of delivery, Hoses Direct charge £5.00 per item to cover administration costs associated with the exchange.
Before returning any items to us, you will need to contact our customer support team via eBay or our contact details below, discuss the availability of your preferred item and to settle any additional payment that maybe required, our customer support will advise you of any returns details.
Payment Methods
Once you have completed your shopping in our Ebay shop, the following payment methods are accepted:
Credit or debit card payment through Hoses Direct order hotline (0800 6526038), please see opening hours; Credit or debit card payment through paypal; Postal orders.
Cheques
Please make postal orders payable to "Hoses Direct " and post your payment with a covering letter, to include the points below to the address at the bottom of the terms and conditions:

When purchasing more than one item, please ensure that you advise us via email. This will ensure that the reduced rate of postage on any additional items is applied to your invoice, if agreed in the listings. All items must be consolidated and paid for at the same time, in order for the postage discount to apply. You can consolidate all your items together onto one invoice through "My Ebay" to speed up the process. If you make an error on the postage consolidation we can notify you before dispatch to avoid delay. If necessary, you can advise us by email and we will do our best to issue you a consolidated invoice, if you encounter technical problems.
When purchasing a second item, under the reduced postage cost offer, the item with the cheapest postage cost will be charged at the reduced rate. The reduced rate postage is available on items paid for at the same time. If items are purchased and paid for at a later date, then this offer does not apply.
Please ensure that all postal fee(s), collection fee(s) and water crossing fee(s), including additional item fees are paid in full, if applicable, to minimise any delay in processing your order. (For postal and collection charges please see individual Ebay listing under postage and packaging).

International (Non UK) Customers: Payment via paypal only
Delivery
Once your goods have been paid for in full, they will be dispatched in the following way:
We endeavour to send out all goods within 72 hours of payment being received, this is usually 24 hours, excluding Saturday, Sunday, public holidays or stated holidays as advertised on the Ebay listing.
Goods are delivered by courier to your stated postal address and will require a signature upon delivery.
If you require delivery to a different address i.e. work, or on a specific day, please email or call us before we dispatch the goods. We are unable to change the delivery address once the goods have been processed through our system or dispatched.
Goods are insured against damage in transit. Please email us ASAP if the goods are found to be damaged in transit.
The couriers will attempt delivery once, if no-one is available to sign for the goods, a card will be left for you to contact the couriers to collect from the local depot. The couriers may attempt delivery the following day, but they do not guarantee this second attempt.

Please note: It is your responsibility to ensure that you are available to sign for your goods that you have ordered. Hoses Direct customer support will email you once we have dispatched your item through the Ebay mail system.
