A. Yes - Hoses Direct is a limited company established 23/10/1998 Registered No 03655146
Q. Can I have a VAT invoice with my purchase?
A. YES. Please specify this is required at point of payment.
Q. How are you able to offer hoses so competitively?
A. Well, how should we answer that? A combination of factors namely we import our products in Bulk, Assemble a large proportion of the hose assemblies ourselves, Do not have expensive salesman wearing there tyres out on the motorway and keep our overheads under control.
Q. Can I collect my order from you?
A. The answer is SORRY NO as we do not operate a trade counter or customer colection point. Our warehousing and despatch is seperate from the sales office so it is not possible.
Q. How many Hoses do you stock?
A. In excess of 500,000 in stock ready for despatch, we never offer items that are not in stock
Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. All orders shipped to UK mainland address are sent on next day courier, items that are posted are sent 2nd class Royal Mail
Q. Can I send a personal check or postal order?
A. Yes you may. There will be a delay while funds clear, preffered payment is PayPal or credit card (Please include a copy of the ebay purchase note with your name and shipping address.)
