PLEASE MAIL US and ask ~then please wait for us to send you Invoice ~ if you don't make contact it is likely you'll Overpay but at the end of the day please check out postages prior to bidding and if you are unhappy with the charges which are as near to right as we can get them! ESTIMATING POSTAGE:~ is our best guesstimate judged on unparcelled weight and Royal Mail price list and is not always easy ~ if at all possible we'll refund through Paypal if actual price differs severely when we get the receipts back from the post office and the end of the week following dispatch.

RETURNS & USED POSTAGE:~ Returns: We're home sellers not a big business. We sell goods through Ebay as it is an Auction site not a Retail site. No refunds except in exceptional circumstances within 7 days and for final bid/purchase price only (no refunds on postage as it is used). No warranties implied or given. We do our utmost to give an accurate and honest description but our opinions are subjective. Please ask your questions Prior to bidding. In the event,Buyer pays all postage costs and postage is non-refundable as it is used. Goods must be received back in the original/unused condition and packaging within 7 days. Please notify us immediately upon receipt of item. Although we are not required to take back custom cut, or made to order items - we may do so at our discretion. Unless we have grossly misdescribed an item, we will refund Purchase Price but cannot return used sending/return postage costs. We DO NOT accept back personal items eg: my jewellery or clothing etc, which is listed as 'used' 'sold as seen' and priced accordingly. Upon receipt back of Eligible goods (please use proof of posting) an Ebay form will be emailed to you to enable us to Reclaim the Listing and 10% Final Value percentage fees that we will already have paid. This form comes under the heading of Case for Resolution or Cancel Transaction. If you click in to it you will see there is the option in a drop down box to just tick, to say that we have agreed not to proceed with the transaction and that you are returning/have returned goods for a refund. On completion of this form, there will be no detriment to your account. Once this is fulfilled and item received back a refund of purchase price will be rendered.

GLASS/MIRRORS/BREAKABLES sent at Buyer's risk as these are uninsurable but will be exceedingly well packed. All other items are covered up to £32 without extra insurance through Royal Mail.
