 | A: I Always Always reply almost instantly to mail ~ when folk don't receive replies to questions: It is almost ALWAYS because their Ebay mail goes into the junk mail folder because Internet security settings disable receipt of Ebay mail.  | A: We may have the solution to this question in the multicolour trim packs ~ Or end cards trim amounts ~ Other than those ~ We've brought the amounts of items down to the minimum that we can supply in order to make doing Ebay worthwhile due to Listing/Final Value/Paypal/ Packaging and Packers Fees, which we try for the most part to absorb ourselves... |
 | Q: How do I ask you to combine Shipping using the 'REQUEST TOTAL FROM SELLER'? |

 | A: The system's set to reduce postage on 2nd 3rd 4th etc purchases of the SAME item or trim. When buying across DIFFERENT items or trims it's vital to PLEASE use the 'Request total from seller' on your Won items-then Pay Now page(tiny blue writing underneath the total due)Before any payment is made/checkout used, as the system doesn't allow for this. |

 | A: In every listing write-up there should be the measurements (human error not withstanding!) in both Imperial and Metric ~ and if there's room to get it in the title, it's there too...Regarding beaded trim unless it's a clearance end of card piece ~ or the stated 3mtr listings~Occasionally the listings are for 1 yard (36")BUT MOSTLY for 1 Metre (39") |
 | Q: Will you convert your listing to Yards and Dollars for me? |

 | A: All listings should have on them the sizes of items in both yards(Imperial)and metres(metric)There are 36" in one yard and 39" in one metre (sorry to write this but folk do ask) And, we use simple ONLINE Imperial to Metric and GBP to US Dollars Currency Converters ~ Available to all. Please have a try yourself if you're still stuck I'll help you. |

 | A: Each listing should give details of shipping for each Country that we post to ~ within the body of the writing near the top and also at the bottom of the page there should be a drop down box for you to select your Country and find the cost involved. |
 | Q: When can I expect my item to arrive? |

 | A: We post out every other day from cleared payment as we have to travel to the next town due to the closure of our own local post office. Mostly we do not work weekends but maybe an occasional Saturday. We do our part to get your item to you as soon as possible but are not responsible for the Mail Services' occasionally delayed time frame. |

 | A: Occasionally we will put on a 'Best Offer' as well as the Buy it Now price ~ but please make a 'Best' offer and not half price etc....Other than that we do not negotiate prices. |

 | A: Please doublecheck your measurements first as we are unable to accept back items that are 'Custom Cut' to size. If on the rare occasion an item does come back to us we are unable to refund used postage. |

 | A: As well as UK we ship to - European Union- Japan - Australia - Canada - N.and S.America. We do not use surface mail as it cannot be insured, this is to prevent disappointment for you. |
 | Q: Returns - Postage costs are used and non-refundable? |

 | A: Returns: Generally none - Only in exceptional circumstances. Buyer pays all postage costs and postage is non-refundable as it is used. Goods must be received back in the original condition and packaging within 7 days. Although we are not required to take back custom cut, or made to order items. |
 | Q: Returns - How does your Acceptable Returns policy work? |

 | A: On receipt back of the goods within 7 days if they meet the returnable criteria above, an Ebay form will be emailed to you to enable us to Reclaim the Listing and Final Value percentage fees that we have had to pay for the transaction. On completion of this form a refund of Purchase Price less a 10% restocking/repackaging fee will be rendered. |

 | A: This comes under the unfortunate heading of unpaid item dispute - BUT if you click in to it you will see there is the option to say that we have agreed not to proceed with the transaction and you are returning/have returned goods for a refund. If it is completed there is no detriment to your account. |
