Terms and Conditions 

 

  • Honeywell UK Clearance Store is a sales channel of Novar ED&S Ltd.
  • All items sold are boxed and in new, un-used condition.
  • All items pass QC checks after manufacturing and are sold as seen and or described.
  • Our sales coincide with the distance selling regulations, and we cannot offer a refund or a replacement on any auction items sold.
  • We cannot accept any returns or exchanges without prior authorization from our dedicated support team. Please call the number below to arrange.
  • We will only do business with registered eBay members.
  • Payment must be made immediately after your order has been confirmed.
  • Honeywell UK Clearance Store can only accept payment via PayPal.
  • All items will be dispatched only after receipt of payment.
  • We will dispatch orders within three working days.
  • Delivery typically takes 24hrs, however, please allow up to five working days for delivery.
  • Warranty can not be honoured on any product listed on Honeywell UK Clearance Store.
  • The Honeywell UK Clearance Store Support team are not qualified electricians and can only offer limited advice. All technical enquiries should be made through a qualified electrician.
  • By placing a bid for any product listed on Honeywell UK Clearance Store, you agree to these terms and conditions.
  • All stock is dispatched from our secure Warehouse in Cheshire, and not from our Admin Office in Basildon.
  • We cannot offer Collections of stock on any Auctions or Sales due to security.
  •      You must notify us of your intent to cancel / return within 7 days from the confirmed delivery date
  •  Please use the Returns Resolution Centre on eBay to request a refund. 
  •  Returned items must be in their original and unused condition, complete with all parts, accessories, original packaging and the original invoice.
  • The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. 
  •  Please return the item in its original condition, and upon receipt we will process a full refund. 
  •  Please allow up to 7 working days to test and process all returns.
  •  If the item is not found to have a manufacturing fault, or the fault is due to customer misuse, then no refund will be issued, and the buyer will be responsible for any fees for return shipping.
  •   We will only accept returns outside the seven day policy if a fault has occurred. In these instances we will only offer an exchange upon confirming that there is a manufacturing fault as per the line above. We will only issue a refund should an exact replacement not be available up to 12months from purchase.
  •  Proof of purchase must be made available in all instances
  • Returned items will require covering letter from the buyer stating reason for return.
  • Returns may differ depending on the product being sold see item description.
