We're committed to selling high-quality products we hope you'll enjoy using, but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to return something you've bought. To help us support you with this, please ensure your read our terms below.
 
You’re Right to Cancel / Returns
 
·         You must notify us of your intent to cancel / return within 7 days from the day after the confirmed delivery date.
·         Please use the Returns Resolution Centre on eBay to request a refund. 
·         Returned items must be in their original and unused condition, complete with all parts, accessories, original packaging and the original invoice. 
·         The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. 
·         Please return the item in its original condition, and upon receipt we will process a full refund. 
·         Please allow up to 7 working days to test and process all returns.
·         If the item is not found to have a manufacturing fault, or the fault is due to customer misuse, then no refund will be issued, and the buyer will be responsible for any fees for return shipping.
·         We will only accept returns outside the seven day policy if a fault has occurred. In these instances we will only offer an exchange upon confirming that there is a manufacturing fault as per the line above. We will only issue a refund should an exact replacement not be available up to 12months from purchase. 
·         Proof of purchase must be made available in all instances 
·         Returned items will require covering letter from the buyer stating reason for return.
