Q :        Are your items rejects?

A :        No. All products offered on eBay are discontinued / end of line products. They have been produced to British Standards and have passed all required tests

Q :        Can I buy quantities different from those in the listing?

A :        Please contact us regarding multiple purchases. Although we may list several of the same item,we could have more in our warehouse but this is strictly subject to stock availability and the payment of any haulage surcharges.

Q :        Does the final price include VAT ?

A :        Yes. The price you bid is the price you pay and this includes VAT and delivery as detailed in the item description. We can issue a VAT invoice on request following delivery.

Q:         Can I pay by cheque or cash?

A :        No. Payment must be made by PayPal

Q :        What about payment and delivery?

A :        We will deliver within 5 working days of receipt of cleared funds.

Q :        Can I speak to someone for advice on payments, delivery, and products?

A :        Yes. Our dedicated eBay helpline is available Monday to Friday 9am – 5.00pm. You can email us outside these hours.

Q :        Can I simply buy directly from you without going through eBay ?

A :        No. We only deal directly with consumers through eBay.

Q :        Will you be selling any more of the product you are listing?

A :        Future auctions will be finalised immediately prior to listing on eBay. Although additional supplies may exist there is no guarantee of availability until the item actually appears on eBay.
