Delivery

How long before my order is dispatched?

We aim to despatch orders within 3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.

Larger consignments are subject to different dispatch dates. On these occasions we will contact you direct to make arrangements.

Once dispatched, how long will my order take?

We will endeavour to deliver your order as quickly as possible, however, please allow our courier up to 5 working days from despatch.

How much will delivery cost?

Each listing is marked accordingling.

 Delivery charges for bulk or pallet orders will be different and all charges will be clearly marked on each individual listing.

Who will deliver my order?

Our contract is now held with UPS, so large orders, pallets and any stock that needs to be signed for will be delivered by them.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

Yes. Unless otherwise stated, for extra security we require all deliveries to be signed for.

Can you post outside of the UK?

Unfortunately, we only delivery to the UK mainland.  

Can you delivery to a different address?

For security reasons we will only deliver to your registered PayPal address. The only other address that we will consider is the registered eBay address, should this be different.
