Returns

When returning defective or unwanted product you must include your ebay user id.

You must report to us every desire to return item via ebay message.

All return items must be send back via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery.

Then we'll give you the return address and any information regarding this process.

Most of our products have a year warranty please read the product description.

Unwanted or Unsuitable Items

If you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from us,
youmay return the product within 7 days of delivery for a refund. All products must be returned in
their original packaging and in are-
saleable condition (with any seals or wrapping unbroken)other way you will be charged 20% penalty or the item will be returned back to you.

You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us.

Damaged Items

Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged. If you receive
an item which has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to provide a replacement as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Items

All items come to us straight from the factory, checked by engineers.
In the unlikely event that you receive an
item which proves to be faulty we are
happy to help. However, we do ask that
you notify us of any problem within a reasonable period of time.

Items Received In Error
If you receive an item that you did not
order, please notify us as soon as possible.
