Shipping & Handling  

Effective 7/1/2011 shipping within the USA is now free on most items!  See individual listings for details.  In most cases we ship same or next day as we strive to keep all items in stock at all times.  Occasionally we run out of something and shipping can be delayed 3-5 business days.

Customer service & return policy  

Returns are generally accepted unless otherwise stated in the listing.  Buyer generally is given choice of refund or exchange.   

There are shipping charges for all orders shipping outside of the USA.  These charges do not include any customs fee your country may impose.  It is against ebay policy to request that customs be marked as a gift to avoid customs fees and we do report all such requests to ebay.

REQUESTS TO CANCEL ORDERS
After 4 days our system automatically opens unpaid item disputes and they will close automatically in a few days if payment has not been made.  To avoid receiving unpaid item strikes please either pay for your item or request and agree to cancel a sale.   

On ebay hitting the buy button is considered a binding agreement to complete the transaction.  However, we honor all requests for a mutual cancellation so long as payment hasn't yet been made.
