|Homescapes is committed to sell quality products, however, if you do wish to return your purchase, then it must be returned unused in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt.|
The simple returns process is as follows:
Important Information and Exceptions
- A written request by the buyer for returning has to be made within the returns acceptable period.
- We authorise the return, please do not ship anything back to us without authorisation as it might not be accepted by our warehouse.
- Buyer sends the item back, unused in its original condition suitably packed to arrive safely. Buyer can use their carrier or can request us to arrange collection. The cost of return postage rests with the buyer and if we are collecting on the buyer’s behalf then the collection charges will be deducted from the buyers account.
- On arrival, our warehouse logs the items in and authorises an exchange or refund. Our customer care then refunds or arranges an exchange as the case may be. This process might take 2 to 3 days after the return has been accepted by the warehouse.
- If it’s an exchange then the difference in price is either taken from the buyer or refunded depending on the difference in the exchange value. The postage will be recharged for an exchange on the current postage rate.
- If the goods are returned claimed faulty by the buyer and are found to be faulty by Homescapes, then replacements will be sent without any additional delivery charge to the buyer or a complete refund will be processed.
- Please retain a proof of postage when sending returns as Homescapes will not be accountable for items lost in transit when being returned to Homescapes.
Certain products like pillows, duvet and the mattresses/ mattress protectors cannot be returned if opened for hygiene reasons unless these are faulty. Any products that have been assembled like furniture etc cannot be returned.
Please note that we subsidise the postage of larger items like furniture etc when we send them to our customers, hence in event of a return, we shall deduct the actual transportation charges before making refund. Please contact to us to find out the actual transportation charges before the purchase. Similarly, if an item has been sold with “Free Delivery” then its delivery has been subsidised by Homescapes. In event of a return, the delivery at the current rate will be deducted.
We carefully inspect the goods before dispatch, however, in the unlikely event of the products being defective, please notify within 48 hours of receipt. In case you receive a delivery with packaging damaged or open, please do not accept delivery from carriers and notify us, so that we can exchange your item. Failure to do so absolves the carriers of their responsibility.
