RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED ON THESE CONDITIONS.

1. All items returned must still be in the original wrappings/boxes.

2. If your items are damaged, return them as they were delivered to you. 

3. Please return items within 7 days.

4. Return postage must be paid by you, we will refund the postage costs once the damaged item is assessed. 

5. ALL returns must to be sent back to us RECORDED DELIVERY. 

6. Recorded returned DAMAGES ensures we receive the item and for your proof of return. 

7. No damaged item can be replaced without the damaged return.

Refunds will be given immediately upon return of damaged goods after inspection by HOMELIVING.

PLEASE NOTE, SOME ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE 

PRODUCT AND HYGIENE.
