HOMELIVING cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post, HOMELIVING have no control over the items once they leave our shop, proof of posting is always obtained.
Damaged items will be replaced at HOMELIVINGS discretion, all circumstances will be considered, we will only replace a damaged item once we receive it back.
You must pay the return postage, this will be refunded once the item is replaced.
Payment for items is prefered via pay pal, cheques and postal orders are accepted but items will only be despatched once funds are cleared.
If there is ANY problems please contact us and we will strive to put right ANY issues you may have.
